By accessing or using Business Sales Machine™ services, including our 30-Day Complimentary Guided Setup and ongoing subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Business Sales Machine™ provides guided implementation and optimization of WhatsApp-based sales systems. This includes lead capture automation, follow-up sequences, chatbot setup, broadcast campaigns, and ongoing funnel optimization support. Services may be delivered via WhatsApp, video calls, or other agreed communication channels.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By applying, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Complimentary Setup Period
New participants may receive a 30-day complimentary guided setup period, subject to approval of their application. This period includes software access and guided implementation support. There is no obligation to continue after the complimentary period ends.
5. Subscription and Billing
If you choose to continue after the complimentary period, you will be billed according to the monthly or yearly plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and technology provided by Business Sales Machine™ remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the systems we build for your business during your active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
Business Sales Machine™ provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the WhatsApp Sales System and related support will cease according to the terms of your subscription.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
